Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Draft37 when you use our website, browser extension, or service. They are written to be read. By creating an account or using the extension, you agree to them.
What Draft37 is
Draft37 is a research and drafting assistant. It watches Reddit communities you choose, surfaces conversations where someone appears to be asking for what your product does, and helps you prepare a reply. It never posts anything. Every reply is reviewed, posted, and owned by you.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself and give us a working email address. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One account is for one person.
Reddit is yours, not ours
The extension reads Reddit through your own logged-in browser session, on your machine. Draft37 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Reddit. Your Reddit account, Reddit’s User Agreement, and each community’s rules remain entirely your responsibility — including what, where, and whether you post. Draft37 surfaces conversations; it does not make posting somewhere a good idea.
Acceptable use
Draft37 exists to help you take part in conversations genuinely, as yourself. Don’t use it to spam, mislead, harass, or impersonate; don’t feed it accounts or communities you have no honest business in; don’t probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; and don’t resell access to it.
Early access
Draft37 is young. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build, and the service may be unavailable at times. Pricing will be announced at launch; we will tell you before anything starts costing money.
Your data
Your product profile and your activity belong to you; we use them only to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Delete your account any time by emailing support@draft37.com.
No warranty, and a judgment reminder
The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Leads are assessed by AI and can be wrong — a surfaced conversation is a suggestion, not advice, and acting on it is your call. To the fullest extent the law allows, Draft37 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during free early access, is nothing).
Ending things
You can stop using Draft37 whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we’ll say why unless the law prevents it.
Changes
If these terms change meaningfully, we’ll email account holders before the change takes effect. The date above always reflects the current version.
